The staff was incredibly friendly, always
Going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The activities provided plenty of entertainment. the WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, making it challenging to stay connected.

Now, onto some of the not-so-great stuff. The Wi-Fi can get a bit unreliable, especially if you wander too far from reception. My room faced a tennis court, so privacy wasn’t exactly top notch unless I kept the curtains drawn. There can't be much worse than finding housekeeping in your room while you have the 'do not disturb' sign up. Plus, dining options outside of breakfast can be pricey, and let’s just say the portions aren't exactly generous.

The resort's layout is quite charming, nestled in a lush setting, creating a serene atmosphere. dining options were often slow, which detracted slightly from the experience. Despite this, the friendliness of the staff truly stood out during our time there.

The reception at LUX was fantastic right from the start, setting a great tone for our stay. The staff showed wonderful hospitality, making us feel welcome immediately. The rooms, while charming, felt a bit tired with some maintenance issues like peeling laminate and problems with the bath drainage. The fridge looked outdated, and the TV picture quality was poor. I loved the variety offered at the buffet during breakfast and dinner, which was enhanced by live music. some meals took a while to be served, especially at the outdoor restaurant. The real highlight was the pool area and massage services with a view of the lagoon, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. I did encounter a few cats around the dining areas. while they weren't too bothersome, it might be a point of concern for some. Although my room lacked a modern touch, the beach access and general vibe of the hotel were delightful, making our honeymoon special, despite a few hiccups with communication regarding complimentary offerings.

great stay but some minor issues
The staff were exceptionally friendly and warm, truly attentive to my requests. The beachfront access created a perfect setting for relaxation. Dining was a highlight with fresh local products used in delicious meals. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread that felt extravagant each morning. The entertainment in the evenings added to the dining experience.

The beach was fine with clear water and vibrant sunsets. The breakfast spread was like a feast with endless options every morning.
It wasn't inexpensive but to me the experience was worth it.

We had an awesome time at the resort! It was perfect for our group. We loved practicing yoga on our terrace, soaking in views of the tropical gardens. The beach offered stunning sunsets, ideal for morning sessions too. Exploring the local areas was a blast. The tennis courts were a great way to have fun together. The atmosphere was relaxed all around!
We faced some challenges with transportation. Getting around the area without a car was tricky. The limited taxi availability made it hard for us to explore local restaurants.
